Refunds and Exchange Policy
Refunds and exchanges are available under the following conditions:

- Color Variations: Slight color variations due to screen differences are not grounds for returns.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product, and a full unboxing video is mandatory for any claims.
- Customized or altered products are not eligible for return or exchange.
