Shipping Process
Order Processing Time: Once your order is confirmed, we will process and ship your order within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 4 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time depends on your location:

Domestic Orders (within India): Typically, 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
International Orders: Estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges
Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a nominal shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied.

International Shipping: Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the courier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete, including any necessary details such as apartment numbers or floor levels. Preet Fab is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Orders
In rare cases where an order may be delayed or lost during transit, please contact our customer service team at preetfabindia@gmail.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

International Shipping Policies
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and must be paid upon delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives with damaged or missing items, please contact us immediately at preetfabindia@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged items. We will work to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.
